Tournament Rules

  1. All the matches will be played in accordance with the rules and regulations of TTFI/UPTTA.
  2. Matches will be played on knockout basis and each match will be of 3 sets of 11 points each.
  3. The Youth Boys & Girls (U-19) events open only to those players who are born on or after 1.1.2008
  4. The Youth Boys & Girls (U-17 Junior) events open only to those players who are born on or after 1.1.2010
  5. The Youth Boys & Girls ( U-15 Sub Junior) events are open only to those players who are born on or after 1.1.2012
  6. The Youth Boys & Girls (U-13 Cadet) events are open only to those players who are born on or after 1.1.2014
  7. The Youth Boys & Girls (U-11) events open only to those players who are born on or after 1.1.2016.
  8. For evidence of age, players should bring Original Date of Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation registered Within one year of birth so that it could be verified, if required to do so.
  9. Please note that uploaded schedule will be only a tentative schedule and Chief Referee has the final authority to change the schedule based on the final entries
  10. The last date of entry is 8thMay, 2026, along with the entry fees no entry will be entertained afterwards.
  11. The decision of Chief Referee shall be final in all matters concerned with the Tournament.
  12. The organizing committee reserves the right to reject any entry if fit established that the proof of age submitted by the student is false.
  13. The organizers will not be held responsible for any kind of loss and accidents, which may occur during the tournament.
  14. Any matter not covered above shall be decided by the organizing committee and its decision shall be binding and final.
  15. The tournament is open only for the residents/students residing/studying in the District Gautam Budh Nagar and have not been registered from any other district/state.
  16. All players shall report at the venue 30 minutes before the start of their match, failing which walkover shall be given in favor of their opponents.
  17. Protest against any opponent team should be lodged in writing within half an hour after the match along with a nonrefundable protest fee of Rs. 1000/- in cash.
  18. On the spot Entry Fees will be accepted in Cash only.
